Following the success of the first edition of Indie Assemble on Steam, Excaliber is proud to present its brand-new initiative, Indie Assemble: The 123 Stars!
This special promotion, taking place on 1 – 7 September 2025, is a spin-off of the original initiative and will spotlight a limited but prestigious selection of just 123 games, carefully chosen from the submissions received. The selected titles will be curated by Excaliber with the support of a Jury of industry experts, based on specific editorial and commercial criteria.
In addition, two special recognitions will be assigned during the event: the Jury Choice, granted to the title most appreciated by the Jury among the 123 selected, and the Brightest Star, chosen by the public from a shortlist of games nominated by the Jury. Both awarded titles will receive guaranteed access to the Shining Stars section of the next two editions of Indie Assemble, ensuring maximum visibility during Excaliber’s future showcases.
You can submit your games to Indie Assemble: The 123 Stars until 13 July 2025 by filling out the form at the link below. Each development studio may submit up to 2 titles, while publishers can submit up to 5 titles developed by different studios. All applicants will be informed about the selection outcome by 11 August 2025.
Do not hesitate to submit your game using the link below! And if your title does not make it this time, no worries: the second official edition of Indie Assemble will return in Spring 2026, and it will be open to all development studios!
