Fix-A-Bug and Excaliber are pleased to announce the Hyper-Dungeon Gauntlet, a special challenge dedicated to all players of The Crazy Hyper-Dungeon Chronicles . What is it about? The goal is simple – but far from easy: complete the game as fast as possible using the Destroyer playstyle, without any cheats or mods.
The 10 players who record the best completion times will earn digital immortality: they will become special NPCs added to a level created specifically for the occasion, complete with an animated sprite, pixel art portraits for dialogues, and two personalized lines of dialogue each.
But that is not all. The player who achieves the overall best time will receive an exclusive reward: their character will become a true secret boss, accessible in level 47 and capable of dropping a special piece of equipment once defeated.
Taking part is easy: simply complete The Crazy Hyper-Dungeon Chronicles using the Destroyer playstyle and, through this online form, submit your save file along with a screenshot of the final screen showing your run completion time. Submissions will remain open until January 18, 2026. The winners will be announced by the end of February and added to the game as NPCs by June.
