Excaliber and Biunivoca are pleased to announce Bootstrap!
Bootstrap is a specialized program focused on video game design and production management, created to provide a comprehensive and practical overview of the processes that drive the development of a modern video game.
Through a program structured into thematic modules, the course covers all the key stages of production: from market and target audience analysis to defining the game concept and vision, from budget planning and production roadmapping to managing creative teams and decision making processes.
The program also explores key aspects of video game production, including product marketing and communication, team structure, leadership and people management, the integration of quality assurance into the development cycle, and the role of localization in international publishing processes. Particular attention is also given to the producer’s operational toolkit, including task planning, cost control, risk management, and the coordination of the different stages of production, from pre-production through production and post production.
Led by industry professionals with years of hands on experience, the program combines theoretical insights with practical examples, giving participants a clear understanding of the production dynamics of the video game industry and the skills required to manage complex projects in today’s development environments.
Bootstrap consists of 12 pre recorded modules, already available, and 12 one hour live sessions with the instructors, starting on September 15. Access to Bootstrap costs €300 + VAT. Full details about Bootstrap, the instructors, and the modules are available at the link below.
